How to Cook

Boil the pasta in water for 5-6 minutes or until cooked al dente.

Drain the water completely for Arrabbiata and reserve 20-25 ml of the pasta water for Alfredo.

Empty the Cucino sauce pouch into a pan (add the reserved pasta water for Alfredo and stir gently to create a smooth, silky sauce).

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well until evenly coated.

Sprinkle the Cucino Special Seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
